How we keep both sides genuine
A marketplace is only worth paying for if the people on it are real and the contacts cannot be taken for free. These are the checks and rules that make that true.
Five checks before a profile is searchable

No free contacts, no side deals
Server-side masking
Phone, email and resume files are never sent to a browser until the server has deducted a paid credit for that exact profile or job.
Text scanning
Phone numbers, emails, URLs and words like "WhatsApp me" are blocked in job posts, profile summaries and messages before payment.
Resume scrubbing
Uploaded resumes are parsed and contact lines are removed from the free preview. The full file is released only on unlock.
Watermarks
Every downloaded resume carries the unlocking company, user and date. Leaked files trace back to the account.
Unlock audit log
Who unlocked whom and when is recorded. Candidates can see which verified companies unlocked their profile.
Scraping limits
Caps on profile views per hour, bot detection and one active session per seat stop bulk copying and shared logins.
No fees from candidates
Any employer who asks a candidate for a registration, training or deposit fee is suspended without refund.
Duplicate detection
One PAN per seeker account and one GSTIN or Udyam number per employer account. Re-registration after a ban is blocked.
Payment before access
Credits are added only after the payment gateway confirms the transaction. Chargebacks freeze the account.
Report a fake job or misuse
ibookkeeper connects users but is not a party to their dealings; see our Terms of Use & Disclaimer. Reports are reviewed within 24 hours. If an employer is found to be fake, seekers get back the credits they spent on it.
